| Gun For Hire, Firearm Training Center and NJSO were started to promote the positive aspects of safe and responsible firearms ownership. I believe if you are going to make the commitment to own a firearm, it is your duty to learn the safe and responsible handling that goes with its ownership. I am the Chief Range Safety Officer at the Bullet Hole Range. I have been giving private and group lessons in firearms instruction since 1992. "Firearms in self-defense are not a cure all but in trained hands they are the ultimate equalizer." |

Working with Anthony for over 13 years I have learned a lot about the world of firearms and defensive training. When Anthony first told me he bought GunForHire.com I was blown away and the logo ideas started rolling into my head. The design hit me the first night. I sent the logo to Anthony that night and it was all set in motion. The best thing about Gun For Hire is it will teach you the tools to understand what to do in a horrible situation like a home invasion. This is why our family of students do not live in fear. Join the Gun For Hire family and see why we were voted NJ's Best of the Best. Stand Strong. |

Rob Howe - Rob is our Chief Instructor and has been involved in firearms all of his life. Rob is an NRA instructor in ALL disciplines. His specialty is taking novice students and bringing them up to a safe, relaxed, comfort level.
Wanted to thank you again and reiterate what I great experience I had with First Steps Shotgun. Rob was a fantastic instructor; he was adorable (in a totally platonic, big-brother kind of way) and respectful. The class was informative and the range time was awesome. My prior shooting experience consisted of several pick-up trucks, several more shotguns, and a large group of frat boys. While they taught me the fundamentals, no one discovered my cross eye dominance problem. Thanks to you and Rob, I'm now a fairly accurate shot and much more comfortable handling a shotgun. Also, the driving directions were flawless. The gentleman wearing a bandanna (whose name I don't know) not only walked me to my car, but also led me to the parkway. Please keep me posted on any upcoming events that you're hosting, as I'd love to get some more practice time in! And, when I'm ready to purchase a firearm, I plan on consulting with you guys first.
Thanks again. And I'm sorry I insulted your phone system. RW

Anthony,
Please pass my thanks to Charlie Padula for teaching one of the most informative classes I've attended in quite some time. His combination of text book-based and hands-on approaches made a real difference in how much I learned. Also, please thank Joe Pagani for his contribution. He helped Charlie a lot, particularly with the hands-on portion of the session. His contributions during the classroom portion of the course were great and it was good to see both instructors working so well together.
Congrats for another great course!

Jimmy Grammenos NRA Instructor
email: Jimmy@GunForHire.com
phone: 1-888-GUN-FOR-HIRE (486-3674) Ext 6
Jimmy will be heading one of our newest classes called "Build an AR". This class which is sure to sell out will feature the extensive and in-depth knowledge packed inside Jimmy's brain about the AR-15. He will guide you step -by- step as you build and purchase your AR-15 to fit your budget, needs and desires.
Anthony - We just wanted to say how much we both enjoyed and appreciated the thorough and entertaining firearms safety course. Abby, who is as green as they come, came away with a newfound confidence in her firearm use (especially because, as expected, she completely crushed me on the firing range). I would like to particularly thank Jimmy for his professional attitude when Abby got a little overwhelmed at the range (her first time) and Jimmy was very patient and understanding in taking her outside for fresh air until ready to return. Although I had some background in firearms, I found the course very informative and helpful. Thank you again - we look forward to taking further training with you all.--- Best, Neil
Anthony - I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you what a great time I had in the “Build an AR” class. I can’t tell you how proud and amazed I am that I actually built my own firearm. It was a truly rewarding experience. I would recommend this class to anyone that likes a challenge. I had zero experience in building firearms and quite frankly, fairly limited experience with firearms at all. I attribute most of the success to a well organized class run by Jimmy who went out of his way to make himself accessible. Jimmy was extremely helpful and made sure that we did the actual building, but was there every step of the way to provide guidance and make sure we were executing properly. I think that was the perfect way to run the class.
You guys are doing a great job over there and I wish you much success.
Keep up the good work! --- Doug B.
Anthony - I wanted to let you know that i just finished the AR15 build with jimmy. this was a great experience. i had not owned one and i thought this would be a great way to learn a little about them, and end up having one. this has far exceeded my expectations. The class got me engaged in the process and i began to learn about the gun and its many variations. far more than i would have gotten out of going to a store and buying one. as a matter of fact, a couple of my friends are now asking me about the AR platform. go figure. But what made this all happen was jimmy. of course, he is an expert. but more than that, he has patience,(and you need a lot of that when dealing with me and the two friends i brought), and a wonderful sense of humor. he happens to be an excellent teacher because he lets you feel comfortable about the process. in my opinion, he is a natural. my group was totally ignorant about the gun, and he made us feel like any question was a good question. what else could you ask of a teacher. Just thought i would let you know, and thank you for the experience.

Anthony - I had a fantastic time at the Level 1 Urban Pistol class on March 26th. The instructors and drills were top notch and the class attracted some really quality students. I feel like if I could do that all day every day, I'd be the happiest man alive. I would very much like to attend as much pistol training as you offer, including a Level 2, any force-on-force, as well as whatever continuing advanced training you might develop in the future.
In addition to new skills and methods, the class gave me a good appreciation of what I'm capable of as a shooter and I know, that with the help of your capable and encouraging staff, the sky is the limit. I'd like to take this chance to give a shout out to Chuck Mollineaux who's personal attention, encouragement, advice, patience, and professionalism helped me to get the absolute most out of the class. Keep up the great work and keep me in the loop about future training opportunities, especially the next Level 2 Urban Pistol opportunity.
Thanks again, Jon H.
